💬 Languages: Native English speaker required, German not required (language support provided)
Your Responsibilities
✔ Support and guide children in their daily activities following the Montessori approach✔ Plan and implement engaging, child-centered learning experiences✔ Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment✔ Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s individual development✔ Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence in young learners
Your Profile
✅ Qualified Early Childhood Educator, Nursery Nurse, or Kindergarten Teacher
✅ Montessori training and experience in early childhood education
✅ Native English speaker – German skills are not required (language support provided)
✅ Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
✅ Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
